Overall experience was good. Location: easy access and parking. A mall is close to the hotel where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants Room: big and clean. I expect more complimentary goods .. Price: acceptable but I have no breakfast included Staff service: professional Facilities: restaurants, gym, meeting room
Hotel was awesome, I enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this hotel, everything is around the hotel, no need to go anywhere for it. Room service was great, the rooms were really clean, overall everything was excellent.
A good deal if you get the breakfast included. The rooms are large and comfortable. Don't forget your swimsuit, the pool looks great.
The rooms here are nice. The location is prime. The restaurant is pretty good. Overall it's a good hotel, just be aware there are some drawbacks. It's not cheap, and not all rooms include breakfast. There are no elevators to access the second floor. It's a long walk to get to your room lugging all your luggage around. I found it annoying you couldn't walk into the parking lot from the restaurant, you have to go in through the lobby. The shower floor is slippery, at least mine was. Had a few scares. I do recommend this hotel just keep in mind those few minor issues.
Loved the spaciousness of the beautifully designed rooms, they also had rooms for handicap people. It's a gated hotel so you have to have a key to get in. Visitors will be announced and cannot drive in the hotel grounds. The restaurant next door had good food. We will definitely be staying here when we come back

Nice location close to glorieta Juárez , safety box in room for valuable items, safe gate to enter parking by room card only , parking in front of room Motel like ,large garden area , 2 EV charging station (Tesla) food is good overall,waitresses are friendly,swimming pool is not heated so we enter when is sunny , maintenance is good doing shores cleaning it and if you have any problem in the room they promptly fix it good 4 star hotel
